100% operational excellence. The driver supported me in fixing the harness of the boat trailer. That consumed 2 hour extra in the freezing cold of Illinois. Later snow fall occurred and he coped it with a 6000 lb boat. Later that day during the 900 mls. journey a tire of my boat trailer was blown up. No accident happened because this trucker is very experienced, he got a perfect truck and equipment and the right skill set to cope with every obstacle. Finally reached Baltimore port in time&budget
