The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the provider failed for 3 days in a row to pick up the assigned pallet. spent 15 minutes each of those days calling to find out why it was not picked up and was told each time that they will 'do their best to pick up tomorrow' but that never happened. i called them again yesterday to cancel the pickup so i could reschedule with a company that will actually follow through with their side of the agreement.
