please do not trust this customer. counts on your error or delay. and expects transportation costs to be reimbursed. issues a negative opinion in order to intimidate the carrier. despite constant contact, he accused me of lying that we did not keep in touch with him and did not inform him about the situation related to the car breakdown, which is not true, I have evidence of it. in revenge for not refunding him $200 for a three-day delay, he described me negatively and wrote untruths.

Absolutely awful experience. Shipper was the worst I've used in twenty years. Rescheduled six times, lied to me multiple times, terrible communication, promised me a $200 refund but I never received it. Stay far away from this guy.
