I was nervous about using a shipper with little feedback, BUT these guys did an outstanding job. Very polite, quick & careful! There were NO language barriers, NO sketchy vibes, NO time issues, NO scratched items, nor any other problems that are usually experienced with movers. I would highly recommend them!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Over and over again I stated that one of my items, an industrial cutting table, required 2 strong men/ people to disassemble and reassemble because it weighed in excess of 200 lbs. The people that showed up were a guy and a 14/15 year old? kid - that could not perform the job. After driving an hour to met them, and waiting almost a hour past when they said they would be here and, not beening able to have my shipment moved as scheduled, HAS BEEN A COMPLETE MISERY, WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY!

This was only my 2nd time using the uShip service and I was a little nervous about shipping a pristine vintage sofa I had purchased in Palm Springs. This was my first time using the uShip service (or any service like it!) and I was a little nervous about the whole thing - but Brian Curry, of Special Ops Transport out of Fresno, did an outstanding job and made me feel at ease throughout the process. He is very professional, communicates well, and is gentle mannered.
