el trabajo fue realizado en servicio directo, cuando el cliente lo solicitó, la comunicación, antes y durante el trabajo fue de dispoibilidad total las 24h tenemos atencion al cliente. no entendemos a que se refiere. otra cosa es que posteriormente (nada que ver con este trabajo) nos solicite otros trabajos y no podamos por no coincidir en fechas en la zona, pero por que debe valorar un trabajo anterior realizado correctamente en base a que pida otros nuevos trabajos y no podamos atenderlos???
