WARNING: I still have not gotten paid the $1,600 for the delivery of the food truck trailer. He also does not reply to my messages nor does he pick up my phone call. Unfortunately, I will have to take this to Civil Resolution Tribunal or Small Claims Court.

Bad Customer. Booked a shipment here in uShip and all was fine. Left a feedback about another shipment which was not booked true uShip with false information. Blackmailing us and the carrier daily with bad e mails. Absolute not recommended.

Again, trying to make it look like it is our fault that they charged us for something that they did not deliver. This company is one giant scam look at all their other complaints and just look at them on social media. Please save yourself the hassle that we went through and do not book anything with this company. They offer terrible service and then do not stand behind this terrible service. We have used them a total of 3 times and have been unhappy all 3 times. They cost us over 10k to date

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved shipper can only collect goods 10 days after we accepted the shipement date and we need to ship quicker than this. please cancel this and we will repost to find someone quicker. thank you no issues with shipper, just timeline is not working

This company is the worst in the world. They lost our products in transit and made us feel like it's our fault. They have been super late 3 out of 3 times, terrible customer service, lost 8k of product which is leading our company to shut down. No sympathy, no care, they are slow, they lose product and then don't stand behind there service. SHAME ON USHIP FOR ALLOWING THEM ON HERE. WE WILL NO LONGER USE USHIP AT ALL BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. YELLOW/YRC WHICH IS CARRIER THEY USE IS JUST AS BAD

This shipment was picked up on 12/07/21 and delivered on 12/14/21. Clear proof of delivery was singed mention no damage no missing item. Actual carrier was SAIA. Stop lie to the public and stop mixing up shipments. The shipment you mention was not booked true uShip. Thanks
