The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This guy is totally unprofessional. I understand him not being able to do it because his truck is broke down. I don't understand his lack of communication. I tried numerous times to get in touch with this guy, both by phone and email. He would not return any correspondence. If he would have been upfront and told me his truck was broke down, I could have moved on and worked on plan B.
I would not do business with this guy.
