The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer (Larry)stated that the Motorcycle was ready for pick up today I spoke with him yesterday and gave him an ETA. I drove from Fayetteville Ga to Lake View Ala over 200 miles to this location and the contact was not here neither was the motorcycle I called the contact who was supposed to be at the pick up location he said that the motorcycle was in the gulf shores 213 miles away and he was not ready to ship the bike without a title. I called Larry the shipper to give him the update he

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Upon Booking Confirmation, I called the contact to coordinate pickup and was informed that the bike had already been moved, so I assume the customer either circumvented u-Ship and contacted a provider directly and failed to remove the listing or found someone outside of the site to do the job. Thanks for clarifying the issue, as I was definitely hoping and ready to facilitate this delivery!

Absolutely beautiful, what a gen she is. Have not really dealt with Larry but a few times before and at pick up. Apon arrival not a soul, i expected to see at least a contact of larry. I delivered tho unusual it went great! Larry over all easy to work with and will definitely do again!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Not 100% certain that my Driver will be available on specified dates w the appropriate equipment and I would rather the customer be able to book with certainty. Drivers headed north last minute. Amazing communication and amazing support. I’m regrettably canceling this shipment.
