A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had a mechanical breakdown that conflicted with the pickup time. Very nice customer and understanding, im truly sorry I couldn't continue with the shipment.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I tried my best to get a hold of the person where it was and could not get him.I tried the 14th and agin the 15th..I had to go inorder to get my other jobs taking care of.Waited around as long as I could and still make the other drops I had booked.Thanks GOD Bless

pick up was good and easy delivery on the other hand was not it took all day for one went to a port and was not informed about for two i have no clue who i was talking to on the phone when i was able to talk to someone there were so many different names it got very confusing but in the end the bucket was delivered and i was paid but in the future please try to be a little more organized with the info you give to us it really hurts us having to sit and wait all day in a busy port
