Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Movewheels is absolutely awful. Their communication skills are terrible and their excuse are bull$3!+. Maybe I just got stuck with a bad rep. His name is Val, they won't answer their phones. I wish I could talk to management and get some real answers.

Overall everything went very well. No real issues. I have to admit I had some anxiety being my first time using Uship. So after accepting the bid I wish the hauler had made contact with me a litte sooner to ease some of that. I understand people get busy. It was just my own anxiety but in hindsight I had nothing to worry about. Very pleased all and all.
