After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Yesterday trucker provided some excuse why they could not pick-up shipment as scheduled. Promised to reschedule to today. Today dispatch calls and claims that BOL did not contain "piece count" as required by terminal. The BOL issued included the 8 pallet count for the shipment. When I asked on the phone why that was not sufficient, Dispatch interrupted me, spoke over me, and told me to go deal with the Terminal. He claimed that "they ship all the time at this location", so if they do, then

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pick up scheduled on Thursday, 11/14 in the morning, and email with all necessary documentation, including BOL, Delivery Order, and instructions, was also emailed directly to customer service at YRC. I followed-up again to make sure they got it, to service their prior day policy for the docs prior to pick-up. Just now, after 3 more follow ups, at 2:25 pm local on Friday, I get an email that just now they will forward the request to the terminal and because the driver needs the docs for pick-u
