I am thrilled with participating in the Uship service. I am fair and will negotiate if a shipper has problems and communicates them with me.If a service provider does not communicate and does a poor job (like missing the agreed upon date)and does not follow the terms of contract, I will leave very negative feedback.

I feel bad about you missing the boat on this, Donald. I gave you every opportunity to work with me and would have understood if you had just called me and said you would do it on your next run or offered to cancel. I think you handled it very poorly. You need to sharpen your communication skills if you expect to succeed in business. good Luck.

Shipper came on time to complete work. Armoire was scratched during placement in second residence, but not entirely the fault of the shipper as I wanted the unit in a specific tight spot.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I feel like Mr. Cooper intentionally misled me about the service he was supposed to provide. This piano was supposed to be picked up over a week ago. Every day he says he will be here. When I called him Sunday he said he would be back to Chicago Monday after driving to MN and complete this job. I have been tracking his truck's movements and it shows he went south through Iowa and now is back at home in Georgia! Never during this time(bypassing Chicago)did I get a phone call about the change in
