Wonderful! I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were very careful to wrap up my things, and kept in touch with me along the way. Everything was delivered in perfect condition.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Do not use this service provider. Very unprofessional. I was very flexible on dates, but advised him that I needed my items removed before my lease was up. He did not show up at the expected date, and never called me to keep me updated. I called him repeatedly. I spoke with him at 2:30 p.m. on the day my lease was up and he confirmed he would arrive that night (4 days later than the initial pick-up date given). At 5:30 p.m. on that same day he told me he would be another 2-3 days.
