Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Hello. This quote was improperly accepted which is why there as no communication. In addition, if we did book it legitimately, the dates say that the carrier has until late Jan to respond. At any rate we do not want the booking as it was improperly put in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The person does not respond to any emails over the last three days as to when the pick up is or delivery dates. I get radio silence from Eric. It is very frustrating. This is my second time I have had problems with UShip...Makes me concerned. The last one was even worse telling me he was going to pick up and never did. At least this person just flat does not respond. I have reached out to you at UShip too

Kim was fabulous and so nice. She and the gentlemen were the nicest in bringing the furniture into the house. they are like the ultimate in honesty. the chest even had the lost pull in the drawer. I recommend them highly.
