I arrived at destination at 2 p.m. as agreed had to wait on customer for about a hour which wasn't a problem. we had some problem getting trailer where it was supposed to go but again we worked together to figure out the problem. I was paid six dollars less than the bid excepted but there was a difference in the question box and bid. over all it was settled and I rate her as positive and just learned from this load. I had hired someone for this load when they cancelled.I reposted & he texted to do it for 30. less than his bid. i agreed but was to give him the 30 if he brought it by morning since it was only 5 hours away.I have to be at a cancer/ blood dr every week,it takes hours for ivs. He called me after 5 hours & told me he had not left from area & would be here after dr. he did wait about 30 mins.he really cried for the 30,gv it to him neway.never put it the clearning, tried 2 pk in st. & drive.rate ok

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I admit that I had poor communication with this costumer. I explained to her that my phone company was having trouble with towers. when I started to leave from where i was at, my truck's transmission quit working and I had to walk 20+ miles just to get phone signal and i was stuck in the middle of nowhere. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to preform this job to the high standards. We are a new company and we are trying our best to get jobs done. I am green at this again I am truly sorry

i am very upset at this co. the first day he did say that his phone was messing up but he would call that morning. the next time he did contact me was to tell me his dog was sick the last time i had to contact uship 3 times upset that i was getting a late charge for p.u. and that ihad to find someone else, a miracle occured and he contacted me that moment. he also said he "walked" 25 miles uphill that nite and was home in a few hours. hmm, he is in the wrong business. olympics should call on him

i had to initiate all the responses between us. i had to call uship several times and it would be days before i got a response. he did not ever pick up shipment nor did he communicate with me.he is not reliable in anymeans. he has a reason each day he rescheduled but it cost me a late fee. also each reason he would forget what he said last time for the last excuse. i would tell anyone that this is not a professional person. he is not able to handle anything seriously. run from this one!!!
