A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am canceling because the person does not have time to communicate with me and he/she is not sure what time the items will be ready, honestly I do not recommend it to anyone.

Gentlemen agreed on 9 PM and begged repetitively to meet at 8am after already agreeing. I tried to accommodate his change in schedule with an 8 AM time, but couldn’t make it happen. He was extremely bitter about the fact that I couldn’t I asked me to cancel the shipment. Customer service definitely was not his expertise. Definitely unwarranted commentary considering we had plans that we’re not able to be followed through on his end.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have legitimate multiple instances of this man saying that he was coming using two different telephone numbers and not having any constant communication. He never showed up. More than one time we arranged for him to come and he never showered up. He was told it was not a residence and I had went on our way to meet him twice. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Uship service has been great. The only issue I have had was with gay provider that I excepted the service with. They are a broker and decided to increase my rate by $200 after telling me that they weren’t able to find a company to move my vehicle even though they were well aware of the make model and year of my car. I am uncomfortable with the shipping company because they just told me that because of the season they need to charge me $200 extra. I spoke directly to the company that was going
