Let me tell you that this shipper provided me an extremely positive exerperience. I read the complaints as well as the positives in comments, and placed the complaints in the "can't please everyone" file.
Communication was excellent, pick-up and tie down was excellent, Michael who picked up the bike and delivered was very courteous was also excellent, and pick-up/delivery times were met as agreed. I would highly recommend them to anyone to use this shipper.
