Had a shipper cancel last minute and Quadrae was quick to step in and get a timely delivery done for us. Will for sure use him again!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper confirmed pick up time and 30 minutes later stated his truck was hit the night before and he needed to replace a mirror. This was also 30 minutes before he was supposed to be at our shop. Had to pay double to get another shipper to accommodate our necessary shipping date.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were told our shipment would be picked up within a 2 day timeframe. Day 1 I emailed at 10 am asking for an ETA and didn't get a response until 6 PM saying they were coming the next day, to which I gave our available timeframe. Day 2 came and went with zero communication. Day 3 I emailed in the morning asking for an update and was told their truck broke down in the evening of day 2 (long past when they should have picked up our shipment).
