There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper did not advise that a transportation tag was needed for this transport. I did not have an available tag in his time frame under my terms and conditions the cancelation fee must be paid

Sir,as I told you in text:You cannot go hunting with a rifle that has no bullets.If you do it's your own risk.
It's not my job to evaluate what you have or don't have as a transporter.It's your job to ask the proper question on what youll transport.You are the one that does this everyday and you should know better then the client.
If I ask you to come and fix my AC, I would expect you to have proper tools to do it. I'll not ask if you have freon .As I did not asked if you have a Tags.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider did not have transporter tags therefore the RV' cannot be legally transported.
