A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved It's upsetting when things like this affect my ratings when I drove all the way to pickup location and items were not there after owner told me they were.no fuel reimbursement, just a negative mark for something out of your control. Response from Janice M.: It was unfortunate that the auction house did not have the items ready at the location when Jackson arrived a bit ahead of designated pickup and due to being on a very tight schedule was unable to provide the service. I left feedback and clearly stated that the cancellation was an error by the auction house and that communication could have been improved as Jackson did not respond to my texts or inform me of status a day earlier as he agreed to. I truly regret the inconvenience to him

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper showed up and auction house had item at wrong location. Shipper was unable to go to other location . Communication could have been improved by informing me of this a day earlier so I could attempt to find another shipper sooner
