None of my stuff was shrink wrapped. Several pieces furniture got scraped, wood missing, paint rubbed off of another color of furniture onto another, mattress & box spring had dirt everywhere & had a piece of wood shoved into it that had to be pulled out of it & left a hole in it, iron chairs had white paint on it from another piece of furniture and one of the legs was bent where it would not even sit on the floor level. One of the guys put scrap marks on the floor from sliding nightstand.

I'm sorry you feel that way but we blanket wrapped everything we put onto the trailer plus the extra items you added as far as damage being done we check them as we bring them in and you didn't have any problems. Now the floor being scrapped you told us to put a blanket on the floor and slide the dresser to your room that way so that's what we did and you didn't say anything about the floor then. I usually don't respond to my feedbacks but this is not how we conduct business. PLE

Jose and his helper were very friendly and helpful. I have used other moving companies but they are by far the very best I’ve used. They kept constant communication with me and were very careful with all of my stuff. All my furniture and household things were delivered in the same shape that it was before it left
my apartment. I will recommend them to all my friends and family across the states. Thank you from a very satified customer.
