The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Due to incorrect address information, delivery could not be done. Communication was good but not quick enough n direct enough. Delivery could have been done if Communication was more thorough. But I wouldn't mind quoting n try to deliver for this company again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Before accepting the bid, I was told the pickup warehouse was accepting pickups until 4. It was not until the day of my pickup that they told me they stop accepting at 2p, which is not in my scheduling any day of the week.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We drove out there to pick it up and thought the dimensions on the uship listing was correct. However when we got there we quickly learned that it was much bigger and could not fit instead of the transporting van.

I drove to High Point, NC for pick-up and the warehouse is closed until Monday--the 30th of November 2020.
I will no longer be in the area on Monday.
