A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Carlos is responsive and just ran into a truck availability issue. He was supposed to pick up prior to Hurricane Idalia disruption that hit Tampa area but we agreed to delay due to potentially hazardous conditions. Pick up was then scheduled for 8/30 - 8/31. It is 9/20, the load has not been picked up, and the truck is now in the shop for maintenance with no load pick up date. We need to make other arrangements.
