Mike changed pick up appt I was 1 hr away. I picked up 3 days latr cost me $40 extra in fuel.Then changed drop off city and state. cost me 4.5 hrs hwy towing extra 250 miles with 10 bikes.I went above & beyond to accommodate. Updated progress 3 times a day. Bike was delivered on time, undamaged. At deliver mike said no money for the small $75 extra for fuel. I'll send check. That was 5 weeks ago.wont answer phone Still no check. I did this job for only $290. 900 lb hrly. I did this job free.

Initial shipping destination was changed to a new and was accommodated. Shipper made adjustments to his schedule to make the delivery. Everything seemed to be a smooth experience. Shipper did try to renegotiate agreed price for more money, stating that changes in the delivery location cost more, but shipment was accepted by shipper nonetheless. Overall, good experience.
