The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Shipment was not ready when I arrived. Once the problem arose, I communicated with the shipper, and we freely discussed the situation and came to terms and were on the same page. I'd be more than willing to work with this shipper in the future.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer stated he would tell when it was ready to ship, 10 days AFTER the shipping date they ask why it had not been picked up. I can not accommodate his request to ship it at this time. We seem to have a issue with communication. As I was never informed that it was ready to be picked up in the shipping window he had requested when I bid the shipment.
