Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This broker called my cell phone at 730 at night which was ok since I wanted this item picked up. We hang up and he called back again accusing me of not paying for some item that we have never sold and says he has to cancel. Then called back again saying it was his mistake and that he would have the truck here first thing in the morning. Once again calls demanding payment upfront since we are new to uship and the payment would have been outside of uship where I would not be covered.
