I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

federal transport, was great. They picked up the ball dropped by another service provider and were able to complete my shipment very fast and very professional...great communication, great customer service. My first choice from here on out.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was supposed to pick up after the 10th of Jan....After repeated attempts to contact provider, both by email, and telephone(to no reply) my shipment has not been processed...I think 16 days past proposed pick up is a reasonable time to wait before cancellation request...due to no contact. Not a very professional way to run a business. I need this shipment moved...if provider will guarentee pick up and delivery dates, I may reconsider cancellaation
