The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jackie's transport was supposed to pick up my chest they dispatched it on Wednesday we communicated through email stating that Thursday or Friday no later by 5 p.m. to chest needed to be picked up. I have emailed three times and have called three times with no response from them this chest needs to have been to Louisiana this past weekend I may subsequently lose out on this sale if I don't get this chest to my client by this Saturday.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Amos never showed up as planned on Friday and when i messaged and called this morning to inform him i had and emergency but to let me know what time he would be there and i would meet him at pick up location if i am not done and home before the agreed time. he then took it upon himself to cancel the pickup and used my "emergency" as an excuse. Would not work with this company ever again. i sell furniture and the furniture needed to be at my clients today as i promised her and now i may lose sale
