About Me
I own and operate a full service RE/MAX real estate business located in Columbus, Georgia. I also own a Blimpie franchise restaurant in Hamilton, Ga. I quite frequently purchase large items or units that are essential to either business. I have had great success with this service in the past. I have loading docks and manpower available at both locations to assist with off loading. I understand issues and delays that can happen within the shipping industry and most time have a wide flexibility with delivery dates. Because these items are mostly purchased on EBAY, the sellers may give time constraints on pick up times.

Lack of communication from the onset...had to contact uship just to get him to respond. Had disconnect at pick up. Finally found out he picked up the bike from the seller...No communication in any form whatsoever for 6 days. Finally contacted me and stated he had truck issues...that would have been understandable had he not forgotten how to work his phone or email. Stated he would deliver the next day...again no communication and no delivery...finally made it a day later. You've been warned...

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was unable to reach the seller via telephone to arrange pick up. Shipper stated that they went to the location and no one was present. Shipper could not wait and went on without picking up item.
