Excellent communication. Arrived on-time at both pick-up and drop-off location. Took REALLY good care of my items. Were flexible with my inventory list. Helped me assemble my bed upon arrival. They were really patient with me when I mislabeled my moving list & helped me track down the item I mislabeled. They even flagged where a heavy piece of furniture had a screw sticking up that could have destroyed the floor. Would HIGHLY recommend them and will be giving them a call for my next move!

I was trying to be patient here, but my patience is officially exhausted. The moving team did not wrap my furniture well and ripped multiple holes in my couch beyond repair (there were also scratches on most of my other furniture, but the damage to the sofa was the worst). I've been in discussions with the team since August, requesting reimbursement for my sofa since it was damaged beyond repair. I was told I would have a check by end of 2018 from the insurance co, yet now in 2019 & no payment

Dave was awesome! He moved my 1 bedroom from Houston to Atlanta and he took such great care of all of my items, better than any other mover I have ever used (no scratches on anything!) Dave was responsive, well prepared, and extremely patient (Dave & the team helped me re-arrange furniture multiple times to find the best fit & I scheduled a last-minute extra stop to my move to store items that didn't fit in the new place. The whole time Dave was patient and understanding). I highly recommend!
