My shipment was carefully shrink wrapped. They even showed me how it was packed in the truck. Delivery was within two days, so I am happy. I have to note you should shedule pick up and delivery on a day its not a problem to wait around and be flexible. My given time frames were off but I stayed in communication with them about it.
