Terrible experience. When I booked YRC of the 10 shipping options on UShip, they were the best price for 5 days of transit. Many others, for hundreds less, promised 14 days of transit. We were shipping cookies that have a 6 week shelf life so 5 days was best. YRC picked up our pallet on 11/3 and delivered on 11/18. No apologies, just it got stuck on a train and they can’t track it on the train.

UPS lost our shipment and wound up taking 15 days to deliver. Our shipment was baked cookies with a 5 week shelf life and now has 3 weeks left. We are filing a claim.

Roadrunner did a great job for us. Their bid was very reasonable and they delivered quickly. I would definitely use them again.
