The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper was going to pick up last week but had truck issues, said he would pick up next week first if the week then I called asked when he would be there he said since I didn’t need them till later in week he was doing a haul for someone else and he would pick them up later in the week. I called him asked when he would be here said he can’t do it now his other truck broke. If you are in the business to haul you should have good equipment. Terrible communication, don’t recommend.
