After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider They have sent 2 different tow companies out on 2 different days and neither were able to load the vehicle. We had to drive 1 hour each time each way to meet with the drivers only for the drivers to tell us they couldn't load it because it was non-operable. It was clearly stated in the description that it did not start. Since they have had two separate opportunities to pick up the vehicle and were not able to, we are requesting to cancel this and receive a full refund.
