A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipment uplift could not be arranged due to contact difficulties and weather. Service provider then confirmed he was no longer doing that kind of work

we went to scotland and the lady told us it not ready come back next week , when she knew we was coming and made no alternative arrangemtns for us , so we cancelled as well as the weather
