Virtually everything was excellent. It turns out that Frank was a broker and in my case, used NAO Auto, who in turn used the driver Vadim. Vadim was very nice and even picked up my car early (with my agreement). Although Frank stated I could pay by credit card upon delivery, it turned out upon accepting his bid that he did not take credit cards for the final payment. However, when I protested, he checked with NAO and told me they did accept them. True, but they charged 3%. I would re-use all.
