The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Once again the transporter gets hit with a cancellation which results in higher feeds uship takes through no fault of ours. The shipper relisted the transport of her dog and changed the dates to a month earlier then what she booked with us. We did NOT bid on other shipments since we thought we had a booking. Just saying AGAIN we get penalized through no fault of ours. I am NOT able to make this trip a month earlier
