The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper stated would pick up Monday at 2 no show he texted would pick up Tuesday at 2 no show again, tried to reach out to shipper multiply times for an update nothing, until I messaged him we will just cancel. he then replied ok, he could have reached out to us and with a correct ETA or just ask to cancel and that would have been ok, but instead he keep giving day and times with no follow up
