I loved the shippers and their materials however the size and expectations on the recieving end wasnt clearly communicative. They were to have unloaders and the reciever aasked me to tear apart his door jam to get it inside his home. He finally took the hydrolic arms off the shelf of the island for us to get it inside. The pickup location was very accessible and i taught his wife about the straps it is a backsaver! But door sizes matter big time, so light assembly maybe needed.

Just to clarify, Joy was awesome and did what was needed to get our piece in transit, our customer knew exact size and requested we add the leaf to the piece since it would fit through their door per their measurements, our policy states that our shippers are to drop at door or garage and it’s customers responsibility to move from there unless otherwise instructed and in this case no instructions were given, it’s just a case where the customer was trying to get more than was paid.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I dont agree with what it said with communication, we were schedule for pick up today from 4 to 7pm but he want to cancel ok not a problem thank you anyway
