The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This provider is dangerous to your business if you depend on transferring a working piece of equipment for a job. He gives a lowball bid to get the job then when realizing he can't do it he starts to send emails with concerns about legality of towing I answered that challenge by Googling the legality then he then he comes up with new challenges i answered all of them and over night he claimed he broke his arm and can't do the job till it heals unfortunately I can't Google a solution for this
