The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time SPOKE TO PROVIDER ON 6/28/23 AT AROUND 4:15 PM AND THEY TOLD ME DRIVER WAS ABOUT 20 MINUTES AWAY.. DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP. NEED SHIPMENT DELIVERED SOONER THAN THEY CAN NOW.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier never showed for pick up. Before I could deal with it, shipping point had it sent through different carrier.

Had used Central on several occasions and this was about the third time they damaged my pallet. This time between lost and damaged parts that I had to repair the damage was almost $3,000. I filed a claim and after several months of failed attempts to speak with an actual person they sent me a check for a little over $800 and said claim was settled. I have since used other carriers. Will never use Central again.

AWFUL! Wasn't picked up on time. Wasn't delivered when they said it would be. Getting info on why never happened. Not willing to let my customer drive to pick them up.
