AWESOME. Above and beyond. Checked out the boat for me at pick up, had to go back to get something seller forgot to include, stored my boat for a few days, sent me pictures of the boat to show it was properly tarped, did some small maintenance on the trailer, made a side trip to pick up a last minute shipment for me, and kept me informed the whole way. The boat and sauna arrived in great shape. Reliable and a man of his word, a rare breed these days.
