Would strongly not recommend this customer. He refused to pay after his load was rejected at port unless I returned it to the pick up for free. Which clearly I did no such thing. Untimely he paid both ways and was unhappy no matter what I did.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The tractor is located in a barn, we were not aware of this. We have to hire a wrecker to drag it out of the barn and then load it onto our trailer. I was hiring a wrecker to load it onto our trailer, but not a wrecker to pull it out. We have too much cost involved in getting this loaded up for the quote that was agreed upon. Please refund the customer his money. Thank you.

driver was so dis respectiful,racist o me .he took my unts that he was supposed to deliver the next day but fail and deliver it beyond 48 hours.which caused the machine battery not run.he refuse to jump start it and deliver to the port and i call mechanic to jumpstart it.he told mmechanic not to touch the machine or he will deliver machine to the mechanic and the mechanic left with out jump starting it .he later call me and said the problem was not battery and that he can fixed it for additiona

All I can say is CUSTOMER WAS IN AFRICA AND THERE WAS A MAJOR CONFLICT IIN PERSONALITIES was trying to hold payment since his unit was refused at port since it wouldn't run. And wanted me to to deliver back to pick up for free. I did what any shipper would do I deliver it back to the pick up after I was paid for the original shipment. And within 48 hours. Because I had other obligations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CUSTOMER AT ALL. SERVERLY RUDE AND DOESN'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO COMMUNICATE TO AMER.
