Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The customer called me asking me to add another load in Asheville NC, asking me how much would I charge for both Items out of Uship, told him things will be more secure through Uship, next thing I know an email shows for a cancelation.

Everything said was true, however, service provider was suppose to get to get me price on both items including a deadline to pick up. Since I have a due date to remove the items to avoid storage, I explained clearly enough about the situation but no action was taken. I should add that a horrible experience as far as communicating with the service provider

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We made arrangements to pick up the vehicle for transport and when we arrived at the pick up location, we found that the vehicle was no longer available for transport. The customer has agreed to reimburse us for our fuel.
