A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was a delay in a previous shipment and I couldn't give him the exact date when I could pick up his dog then I sent him a test text message saying I could pick him up in 2 days then I noticed he had relisted on you ship and probably accepted an offer for less money too bad I would have enjoyed giving the dog a ride home thanks Gary

Gary stated, "He would be there in a couple days". I asked Gary for an update via text message 3 times in a 24 hour period, plus I called over 3 times with no response, and calls going straight to voicemail. I re-listed the puppy, as I was concerned that he would not have transportation. I actually ended up paying more for the new carrier.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Nice Guy, but needs to work on his scheduling and answering his phone. Service provider stated a 2-3 day delay, and agreed to give me an update 24hs after pushing back the agreed pickup date (only after I called him), he then disregarding all messages for following 24 hours and all calls go straight to voicemail. Really put me in a tough position, and now I have to overpay for express service.
