Jermaine was punctual and professional. All my things were handled with care and he even helped me put some furnitire back together. This was the smoothest move from Boston to Jersey. I will def recommend him and use him again in the future !!!

This experience was the WORST if my life. He was unreliable taking a week to get my items back to me but calling everyday and scheduling to bring them. He then would cancel at the last minute or no call no show. He threatened to refuse to provide my items unless cash was paid which is a contrast to how uship operates. The items were late, all the clothes stunk like mildew and are still being washed. A box if irreplacable items destroyed by water damage. PLEASE USHIP DONT US THIS PROVIDER EVER!!!
