A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper said he would not be able to get to location until Monday. I was able to find someone who could come this weekend. Shipper advised it was ok to cancel bid.

I had a very positive experience with this shipper, I have already made plans to use this shipper again in 2 weeks. I would recommend this shipper especially for pets as he gave my puppy the attention needed during the trip.

Delivered my puppies in perfect condition. Great communication, professional yet friendly. My puppies were delivered in a very timely fashion and actually arived a little earlier. I will deffinatly be useing Bob for my transport needs again.
