Kathy was just wonderful. She really went out of her way to accommodate me. She was so nice; I feel like I made a new friend. The puppy was a real sweetheart; I was more than happy to give him a lift.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service providers vehicle broke down and the provider was not able to pick up my dog.He communicated this to me the day before the agreed upon pick up date.

unfortunately due to a vehicle breakdown i was unable to service this customer on time. due to the urgency of the pick up time, we were unable to reschedule. i regret having to let a customer down, but in this case i had no choice.
