I was shipping a motorcycle frame with an engine still in it. It was a heavy and an akward item. The shipping provider picked this item up in a timely matter which fit my timeframe and delivered it in the same way unscathed. I was my first time using this site and they made it a most pleasurable one.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Due to miscommunication on our part, and timing issues, we were not able to accomodate the shipper. We also tried to put the item on uship to get shipped to us, so we could deliver it in a timely matter, but not for the price we were looking for. I do apologize to this customer for the inconvenience.

He is right. Poor poor communication on his end. He missed 2 scheduled pickup times, both of which I received no call to let me know shipment would not be picked up. I had to be the one to call him to find out why. Don't think I would bring my business this way in the future. I was all about giving the little guy the benefit of the doubt and let him earn some more positive feedback, but it just didn't work out in this case.
