We don’t get in contact because they don’t speak Spanish English french, just German, for get in transit the pets we need the owner authorisation on English / Spanish with the original passport of them and the owners copy passport.

Leider verschiebte er immer wieder das Datum,da es um lebende Tiere ging, war das extrem mühsam, da werden Termine stunden vor Abholung abgesagt. Alles andere als professionell. vermutlich im Ostblock standart, wir in der Schweiz und Deutschland sind da was anderes gewohnt, Erkläre das dem Endkunde jeweils, da wird man schnell nicht mehr glaubwürdig. und wir müssen den Kopf hinhalten. schade dabei hätte es mehrere Aufträge werden können.

Sehr nette und konkrete Zusammenarbeit, wir haben viele Hunde aus Österreich und Deutschland zu diesem Kunden transportiert. Leider musste der letzte Transport verschoben werden (ein anderes Datum), was dem Kunden nicht gefiel und eine niedrige Bewertung gab. Anscheinend sind dies die Standards in Westeuropa.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Ich versuchte Dienstag mehrfach den Kurierfahrer zu erreichen es kam alle paar stunden eine antwort die nicht das war, was ich fragte. auch hat er nicht die Kunden vorinformiert wegen Abholung am Mittwoch. nur ausreden er erreich ihn nicht. dabei wartete der auf den Anruf um 23 Uhr nun storno, gab den Auftrag schon weiter
